247. Case Studies: Thoracic, Abdominal, and Juvenile Bone Disease

This session will present radiology cases for audience members to diagnose. Emphasis will be placed on developing systemic interpretation skills, formatting differentials, and making imaging recommendations.

Dr. David Biller is head of radiology at the Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. His major clinical interest is diagnostic ultrasound of small and large animals, and his research focuses on the use of diagnostic ultrasound in the diagnosis and evaluation of spontaneous animal diseases and the study of polycystic kidney disease in cats. A 1980 graduate of Auburn University, Dr. Biller completed a residency in radiology at The Ohio State University in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences. He is a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Radiology since 1987, was the 2011 Western Veterinary Conference Small Animal Continuing Educator of the Year, and recipient of the 2013 Wilford Bailey Distinguished Alumni Award by the College of Veterinary Medicine at Auburn University.
