In this two-part session, attendees will learn about different types of passive-aggressive personalities and why passive-aggressive behavior occurs. The speaker will explore how passive-aggressive personalities affect training and practice operations, ways to address these individuals based on their behaviors, and how to prevent passive-aggressive behavior (yes, it’s possible!)
